Hypnosis for Healthy Weight Management

Hypnosis used to keep people motivated in their own weight management and health goals!

Often enough people contact us to help them achieve healthy weight goals. Something that is equally often is that those same people do not have all that they would require to achieve those very goals.

To defuse any explosive rebuttal, allow me to explain.

People who want to reach a healthier weight do genuinely desire to get on with it; now the language is important here. The “desire to get on with it”. Too often will people come see us for a Weight management session and not return after about 2 sessions or so because they did not see a change?

I have studied several of those cases from my own cases and my colleagues and there is an agreement to the fact that people use hypnosis solely and expecting weight changes when in fact we are doing sessions for the purpose of motivation towards reaching your weight goal. When I or a colleague of mine starts a Weight Management session, we inform the client of the process we are there to help them by motivating them with there weight management program. We can often suggest a weight management plan or several in order to get them on their way. Often enough we hear about the client’s progress and although they really desire the change, the next most important ingredient is to be ready to do what it takes!

Reaching a healthy weight is renewing your commitment to do something about it now. Unfortunately

The common reaction clients have had was to fight to have a session to later notice that maybe they lacked the readiness to go for it and do it.

One solution that I decided to go with was to introduce my own means of a physical component. Some may have decided to go with exercise, some with a diet plan; however I cannot monitor these till I’m later told that these modalities were not explored in parallel to the motivational Hypnosis sessions that we were providing. To put it mildly, the time it takes for us to have sessions designed to keep them in the gym or on their diet plan, we would find out that the person is yet to start using those methods. Keeping in mind that our session were designed to keep them doing what they are doing (supposed to be doing) people end up making the suggestions work against them for having told us they were already doing all that they could. When a client does that it’s not in bad faith but rather expecting to start doing those important things within the process, often feeling guilty about having expected hypnosis alone would immediately MAKE then melt away. Unfortunately this behavior has been the main cause for the good old technique of motivating the client to exercise and eat properly to not carry much weight on its own… or shed much weight to be more on topic.

The Solution

As I mentioned was plain and simple, to have them use a weight management modality that I can monitor all the while using hypnosis and suggestion for the purpose of staying motivated while on the plan.  Something that would make them experience change early on and in a safe manner. I found that a range of products by Canagenix.Com was the best to get fast results while being motivated to stay on the plan using the hypnosis sessions. Nowadays when I get a weight management client what I do is I suggest one of the Isagenix solutions chosen based on the weight goals of the clients with an appropriate amount of hypnosis sessions. Feedback has been very positive. Some have had even better results when combined with a regiment of physical activity. This is the way that is the more advantageous for both Renaissance and the clients for the simple fact that it’s an easier commitment for the client, more economical and has a higher likeliness of getting you to reach your ideal weight in a safe way, while maintaining a steady rate of change that will be easy to maintain.

Why is it so good?

It’s not about the hypnosis or the product as much as the specific use of suggestion to keep you motivated and adhering to the plan. See usually we motivate someone using a broad range of suggestions for the purpose of having someone stay on track with an exercise plan, a complicated diet, suppressing bad eating habits, emotional eating, binge eating, laziness etc. That would be working on too many things at once and narrows the chances of success because the client’s subconscious focus is divided. Like anything, focus can be diluted until it might as well not exist; having something that will take care of several of those aspects while hypnosis is used to work on the rest of the things that may slow you down. Your success simply enhances itself naturally.
