The thought of Hypnosis being mind control has always been funny to me because if it where I would only need to Hypnotize one very rich person and then I would be set for life... Unless I choose world domination... then I might do a group hypnosis session at a United Nations meeting or something. The thing is There is nothing further than the truth than Hypnosis being a mean to control anyone's will or behavior!

People often ask if meditation is the same thing as self-hypnosis or if one can lead to the other or if meditation can replace hypnosis and the answer is really simple. Yes and No! So to clarify lets go to a definition of both Meditation and Self-Hypnosis.
