We aim to answer all enquiries ourselves and not use a receptionist that cannot answer questions about your specific situation.We will be available to help you identify your needs and to answer any question you might have about our services from 10-6:30 weekdays. We will return your calls or answer your e-mails as soon as we can if we are not able to take your call right away. Our services are offered in both French and English. We are strong believers in the need to build a strong Practitioner-Client relationship and to prevent any unplanned interruptions there is no walk-in services. Appointments can be booked by phone only. (E-mail bookings will not be done for first time clients unless for telephone session)
