Abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, or alternating between the two stool consistency extremes. You do not need to go through it without ever seeing the end.

It is proven that stress is often the cause of such digestive issues that can be a significant reduction in quality of life is evident for those who suffer from digestive problems.
