Before studying the work of Dr. Milton H. Erickson and becoming a professional Hypnotist a friend had gifted me with an Igor Ledochowski Conversational CD set. This was my first exposure to hypnosis and I listened to it as often as possible and started getting great results with friends and family. I would use conversational hypnosis to help them feel better and motivated, I would always know how to guide them in the proper direction using the power of suggestion. Conversational Hypnosis is defined by the use of using embedded commands and suggestions to bury hidden suggestions in everyday speech. It is the secret of every successful hypnotist and hides suggestions and subliminal messages the way tv commercials sometimes do. The conscious mind is often unaware of those suggestions, the subconscious mind however does pick up on them and this is why you find yourself intreagued by how easily those commercials can be remembered!

This of course is a very basic example and the techniques that this CD set teaches. All of the techniques are all designed to lead the way for the people to whom you are talking to to accept suggestions that go along with what you aim to accomplish.
