As with all of our services we offer a free assessment to determine if and how we can help you.
A word of warning here though, a Hypnotist is not a Psychologist or a Doctor nor is Hypnosis a replacement for any Medical or Psychiatric treatment. When in doubt run it by your Doctor as a Medical Referral might be asked before the first session. Please Contact us with any questions.

The term Restless legs is defined by an irresistible urge to move one's body to stop uncomfortable or odd sensations in the legs. Although the legs are most commonly affected but some people have a similar problem affecting their  arms or torso. Moving the affected body part modulates the sensations, providing temporary relief but often keeping you from sleeping by causing pain.

The sensation in the legs or arms can most closely be compared to a burning, itching, or tickling sensation in the muscles. Some controversy surrounds the marketing of drug treatments of such symptoms and as such most people are left to live with it.
Well, we can help you with that!

"I have had a great deal of success with clients unable to sleep because they can't stop moving at night, my business partner is a good example of this as he was one of the first that I help with this condition and he has since been sleeping soundly. Hypnosis is the way to get the much needed rest because of the stress reflex and muscle control nature of the problem."
