Of course it does not have to be work related stress but stress has become part of all work. It may at times help keep us motivated, but excessive stress can lead to health problems, which undermines performance, is costly to employers and can make people ill.

I am reminded of a concept of Hypnosis: "Whatever stress makes worst, Hypnosis can make better." I love this idea as it rings true to all who have come to see me in my practice.

If your at the point where you are tired of letting stress guide your life or if you just started feeling stress in your job, the timing is perfect to feel better about it

Here is a question for you, what is the most stressful job in the world? I bet I can easily find the answer your thinking of.

The answer is: Your job! Of course, ask anybody and they will surely say its their own occupation.

Hypnosis can help of course, even without giving constructive suggestion to let go of stress, Hypnosis would still help you reduce your stress as a simple side effect. Now imagine how powerful that makes it when combined with the appropriate suggestions to teach you how to control your stress and learn to just let it go in those very situations that have become so overwhelming over time.
