While the best thing is a one on one session with a Hypnotist that can monitor your "Hypnotic Depth" and adapt the tools to your responses, a telephone session does allow more flexibility than a tape and makes the results twice as good!

  • Hypnosis is not a replacement for medical treatment, psychological services or counselling. A medical referral might be required for some services.
